                             1. Design drafts typically take approximately 5 business days (please note that this timeframe may be extended due to holidays or design revisions).
                             2: Design revisions are limited to 3 rounds (please ensure all details are thoroughly confirmed before submitting the request for drafting).
                             3. After the deposit has been paid, 50% of the total payment is required to confirm production; upon completion of this payment, the remaining 50% must be paid prior to shipment.
                             4: The production cycle is typically completed within 15–20 days after the design drawings are confirmed.
                             5: Shipping takes approximately 12 days.
                             6: If DHL shipping is required, an additional $50 fee applies.
                             7: Once design or production has commenced, refunds are not available unless there is a quality issue.
